I've used them for the passed couple years and loved them for tire emergencies but two times now I've called last week and a week ago and he says he's going to check the inventory and call back... and doesn't call back... so I guess I won't be going there anymore.
I had an alignment done and was told that one of the control arms is faulty and needs to be replaced. The cost of the control arm is 240, and the labor cost is 140. However, when the control arm was replaced, I was told that the labor cost is 360. I'm not very satisfied with this ratio.
RTS was excellent. They are quick and very professional. They treat you always with respect and are nice tl talk to. I recommend them highly.
