I called AAA, and Ortiz Towing came to retrieve my car because my brakes failed. Mikey was so quick to get there and get my car. I’ve never had such quick service. He was professional and approachable. I hope AAA appreciates this type of company representing them, especially as the holidays approach and people get nasty. Top notch company!

Definitely would recommend Ortiz Towing as all of the drivers are professional, courteous, and well knowledgeable about vehicles they treat your vehicle as if it’s their very own the only Towing Company that I have used that did not rush. Did not cut corners as well as was on time on location and as well updated me throughout the whole process took the extra time needed to secure the vehicle, there was no bouncing around the tow trucks were actually clean and fully functional as well as the follow up call was very courteous and respectful. One other thing that I would like to add, would be the fact that the drivers do not complain when they are asked to go longer than around the corner Whether it’s a five minute ride or an hour ride the drivers three each and every tow job as if it’s their only one.
