Everyone that has been negatively impacted by this business needs to stop what they are doing and contact the BBB. This company towed my car on a Sunday from the parking lot of the church I was attending. After the ceremony I went to get my car and it was gone, someone had let me know that they saw a towing company take it so I contacted the business they provided. By definition they stole my car, they did not have permission to take it and I was at the church from which they took it. They claimed the business owner contacted them, that's funny because I was with them the whole time. So I track down my car and they have it locked behind a gate and say it's $120, CASH ONLY. So I had to go to a bodega down the street and take out the cash and worst off I have no way to recoup the money. When I called the business owner I was basically told to F off because they had me by the balls and I needed my car. This was bullying and thievery at it's worst. I pray no one ever has to do bus
