If I can give this place zero stars I will . The mechanic claims he knows how to work on bmw and doesn’t for over a month I’ve been dealing with them in fixing my water pump on my white 330 2018. I went through THREE water pumps and this place replaced two . The last two they fixed the mechanic stated it was defective and when my water pump failed again he claimed again it defective . I’ve had bmw all my life , there is no way in this universe BMW WILL SEND U A DEFECTIVE ITEM 3 times . When I got it fixed the third time he claimed he called bmw and asked them what could be the issue as to why the water pump failed three times he claims bmw told him it was defective . After I picked up my car for the third time what do you know I broke down again and this time I brought it to Bmw . Bmw called me the next day and said there was a recall On the car and whoever replaced the water pump didn’t Do it properly and broke the piece while installing it meaning if you contacted bmw like u said you

They are very experienced Will not give you the run around They treat customers like family Mr Domingo Is one the best mechanics
