Top Notch customer service experience, very friendly staff and they communicate professionally as they do your repair in a timely manner.. text updates are sent with estimates and receipts.. highly recommend for all repairs.. i felt like my bmw x4 was in the perfect hands.. best mechanic shop in Paterson hands down..
they overcharged me for everything *I'm assuming it's because I didn't know any better*.. also a $200 bottle of cologne was stolen from my car and they didn't seem to care and no one has gotten back to me yet. definitely will never return.. sad because they did good work
