The service manager is very knowledgeable and patient to explain what it going on to your car. They do a complete multi point courtesy inspection on your car, so if there are other issues you don't know about, they will find them with this.

I normally dont feel like its I should have to leave a bad review but I was referred to come to this location and seen alot of good reviews . I went for one tire to be replaced. Went after work got there after 5 was one person there waiting. I didnt leave till after closing . So took legit over 2 hours . But thats not why Im complaining . I left a tire shop the mechanic pulled my car up telling me I have in both my back tires nails. And he told the manager in the front who never told me while I was sitting there waiting. But he tried to upsale me and tell me I needed brakes and I should replace another tire which didnt have a nail in it . If I wasnt so tired and wasnt outside already about to get in my car I would have went back inside and went off . Plugging my tires wasnt making enough for him to mention to a customer . Which I heard the mechanic prior tell him about the customer before me needs a oil change he is over milage and disregared telling him that as well . So they tell y

Anytime i bring my car here lily seems to be the only useful being in the shop. Always gets the work done properly with no issues afterwards. Anytime she dosn,t work on it and someone else does, my car becomes more broken than than what i had originally brought it in for. Lily deserves a raise!
