Auto collision occurred, and this was the only certified shop of my car brand in local. Front door and fender of driver side is replaced, no buttons (window, window lock, door lock/unlock) were working. They worked even after the collision, so I could tell this is due to cable disconnection while the door is replaced. I took my car back to the shop, talked to a technician there. The first thing I heard from the technician was: "We never touched your door, this isn't our fault." They replaced my door without touching it, just like a magic. Truly so grateful to Chris, Alison, and the Ray Mees team. Beginning with finding out my options to get my Tesla fixed, the entire process was smooth. A car slammed into me, and although I had the option to get it fixed at a closer Tesla approved body shop, after speaking with Alison on the phone, I felt compelled to go to Ray Mees. She took the extra time to walk me through all my options and was so empathetic about my situation. I, therefore, felt confident having her and Chris' team fix our car. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, keeping me posted about the timeline and eta. They handled all the insurance aspects, and the car was fixed, washed, and returned like new. Hopefully we won't need work done again, but if so I absolutely will return back - I trust in their work and know that they will communicate with me throughout the entire process. Ray Mees did great paint work on the front right bumper of my Mercedes! Looks like nothing ever happened. They also buffed out a scratch on the rear bumper on the house that I had originally put in a claim for with State Farm. That was awesome for them to not charge me for that!
