I’m going to say this as it is. I bought this truck with recent paperwork from this shop under the previous owner. It had brakes done here within 5 months of my purchase. The truck has only seen about 5000 miles in that time. Today the truck started shaking with the ABS light coming on. Upon my disassembly I found the wheel bearings nuts had loosened. How? They charged for a brake job that did not include replacing the mandatory bearing nut lock washer. This washer costs no more than $2 per side from Toyota. You can tell it was never replaced because some ears were already broken! The loosened nut has no threads left from spinning on the axle shaft all day. Another awesome detail is the axle shaft snap ring was missing. Even more side to side play! I recommend you avoid this shop, it could cost you your life when shops cheap out on washers.
