Our car was towed to this car shop from AAA. They were great throughout the process. They had to order a part for delivery and we were worried that it wouldn’t come before the holiday weekend. They made sure to expedite and fix the issue next day. The communication throughout was great. I would highly recommend them.

Date of incident: 04/20/2023 What occurred: I brought in my 2020 Hyundai Sonata for a routine oil change. Upon leaving and driving my car for a bit, my oil light comes on and I begin to lose power. After losing power on the highway, I had to quickly try to pull over, luckily I was close to a Wawa. After barley making to the Wawa, oil began to pour from the under carrier near the oil filter. I have photos of the car after I pulled over and the oil is just pouring out. I got my vehicle towed to my local Hyundai Dealership. Upon their inspection by a trained and certified Hyundai mechanic, they determined that “my lost of power and engine seizing was due to IMPROPER INSTALLATION” I’m very understanding, mistakes happen. I tried to get this handled as professionally as possible. And quickly since this is the only car my household has. What the manager did in return was, use intimidation tactics to avoid taking responsibility for a CLEAR mistake on their part. He began to try and Logic bull
