They talk you through the problem(s) with your vehicle, give you options, and are open to always answering any questions. Their goal is to make you a returning customer thorough honesty & communication and they’ll tell you that themselves. What others say is true, they offer to drop you off home if you’re local while they work on your vehicle, and James particularly is very responsive to texts and phone calls when he isn’t under cars or elbows deep in rebuilding a transmission. Throughout the time he works on your car, every time I think it’s about time for me to call for an update he messages me or calls me with details. He also includes pictures/ videos of the issue. James and Paulo are great gentlemen. First time I took my car there James offered to drop me at my house instead of letting me take Uber. That is so rare to find. My car got fixed on time and he even noticed another thing with my brakes and he fixed it for free. These guys are not just after your money but they make sure you are satisfied with the quality of the work and he will try to save you money where necessary. Very courteous and professional.
