Owner and employees run a hell of a show at this shop. Super-Tool is the best shop in New Jersey. I haven't used their facility yet but very soon I will since I heard from so many people abt them. I am writing this review in advance because George owner spoke to me for 20 minutes give or take after closing time he opened the door and said come inside. This shows that he is willing to put that extra mile with each and every customer out there. I told him twice that Carpro is a cheater and liar. He puts defective/junkyard parts and doesn't put correct amount of oil and doesn't change oil filter that leads to catastrophic engine failure. I want everyone to know this out there. My father had fought him 1 day many years ago. Anyways getting back to Super-Tool-Automotive owner will accommodate you for sure. Either BIG OR SMALL they do it all. Prices are fair and reasonable as always but more importantly they put brand new great quality parts that last much longer. Owner told me whole story a

Honestly the BEST experience ever! They thoroughly explained the repairs my truck needed and informed me of potential safety concerns. After discussing these safety concerns with George and Carlo, I felt reassured that they had my best interest in mind. Unlike other shops they took the time to educate me on what these parts do and how they function. Also, I was very impressed with how clean they keep the shop and office/ waiting area. They really go above and beyond. Based on my experience, the entire crew at Super Tool Automotive takes pride in their work and make you feel like family! Great job and I can’t thank you enough. Worst experience ever! They never give estimates and say that in a very rude way. I went for an estimate for a brake appointment with an appointment 2 months ago and had to sit for 1:30 hr and they didn’t even pull my car in and when I asked about it they said they are busy and I have to wait and till they are done with their work in a rude manner and they don’t even know how long would it take. This is ridiculous going in with an appointment which I scheduled a week ago and waiting for hours just for an estimate. I just left that day and went in today as my brakes started grinding. I told them what I need the parts and the job, and the receptionist said we don’t give estimates without checking what the car needs I told them in detail what I need again and asked her for an rough estimate and she was like I already told u we don’t give estimates without the inspection in a very rude way. I don’t want to wait again for hours just for their estimate. I don’t really understand the problem
