Ken is a expert at auto body work and I highly recommend him and the staff are extremely friendly and Dan was extremely professional and kind. Good customer service and overall good auto body skills. They made my car look like the day I actually bought it. Thanks so much Jersey City Auto Body. Best place ever.
Super rude and unprofessional. Hung up the phone on my face and told me not to call them back because I was asking for a lower price for a small scratch I needed fixed. They was charging me $2,500 for a small scratch on my back left side of my vehicle. Clem was the guy who picks up the calls and he is so unprofessional. I was super friendly and nice to all of them and they had my car for a whole week and didn’t even touch it. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!
Did a beautiful job on my car also did extra thank You very much will be my auto body for life also let my friends and family know thank you Paul and the crew ????????????????????
