Jersey City Auto Body

I was in a car accident and contacted the Toyota dealership where I bought it from. They told me they can have the damage fixed but send it out to a 3rd party for repairs. My car was sent to Jersey City Auto Body to be repaired. I was very anxious as this was a brand new car, and the 1st I've ever purchased. I contacted Jersey City Auto Body several times and even went in-person to see the progress and discuss how the claim would be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement. Let me tell you, this is a very well run body shop. They are extremely professional, know how to work with insurance companies and adjusters, and their work is A+++++. My car was repaired perfectly. After I picked up my car, I noticed that a supplemental claim was not submitted by them. I emailed them, they responded quickly and submitted the claim. I'll be using this body shop in the future if I need any work done to my car. FYI: This is not the cheapest place, but there work is absolutely amazing.

DON'T COME HERE!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars & read the reviews before my car was sent here. My black 4Runner was sent here to have some minor body work done on my driver side front fender because some idiot, who can't speak English or read it either, apparently missed the no heavy trucking sign in my neighborhood & smashed into my parked car. Anyway, I took it to Hudson Toyota for body work who subcontracted to Jersey City Autobody. It took them a 2 weeks to do it! When it finally came back & I came to pick it up, I found out they painted my car the wrong color. This happened despite the fact that I gave them the exact color code when I dropped it off & I even had them add it to my Toyota invoice because I didn't trust them. I told them to make sure you follow the paint code. Anyway, they also forgot to paint another section of my car by the fender & left it bare. Super rude and unprofessional. Hung up the phone on my face and told me not to call them back because I was asking for a lower price for a small scratch I needed fixed. They was charging me $2,500 for a small scratch on my back left side of my vehicle. Clem was the guy who picks up the calls and he is so unprofessional. I was super friendly and nice to all of them and they had my car for a whole week and didn’t even touch it. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!
