Firestone Complete Auto Care

This is my second time going to Firestone and every time I go I regret it because whatever the issue is gets worse. My oil light was on and I took my car to them for an oil change and to be diagnosed. They changed my oil but this did not fix the issue. It took going to my regular shop after the oil light was still on following my oil change to realize that I was missing a quart and a half of oil and the oil light was not reset. Firestone gave me recommendations for additional repairs but nothing they recommended had anything to do with the engine component and wouldn’t explain why I lost so much oil. Please don’t take you car here for anything. The prices of the tires are outrageous and many of the recommendations they make, they are incapable of completing correctly. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I can’t imagine what would have happened to my engine if I had not brought it to my usual shop. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Service: Oil change

I took a tour van there (after ditching another local shop of horrors) after we broke down on the Jersey Turnpike. They were excellent and really helped expedite things when time was a major crunch factor. Got me out and back on the road quickly, and were very understanding of my urgency. Much appreciated, well worth a shout out of appreciation. [This was Thurs 3/30, I wish I'd asked their names.. but great staff, serious props to them] Service: Brakes

This place has the most absolute worst customer service skills that I have ever experienced. Dropped my car off and it took one week of continuous back and forth for an oil change and inspection of my loud exhaust and wobbly brakes. When I come in today to pick it up I asked the customer service rep hey can you let me know what works been done and the charges. He replies “Yeah exactly what I told you the last two times you called.” Well silly me I thought as a customer I’d be able to ask him What work was done before I paid hey $600 bill. And the kicker is as I get in the car to drive away look up and realize they couldn’t even be bothered with updating the oil change sticker. This place is a joke. Never coming back here.
