East Coast Collision Body Repair

My sunroof shattered and I called many shops to find crash wrap- which is used to seal the window to avoid water from entering. I kept getting, “no we don’t have that” but when I finally called East Coast Collision. Maritza answered with friendly voice and hint of hope when she said, “hold on”. She came back on and said, “yes, bring it in and we’ll put it on”. No questions asked simply “bring it in”. I took the car in the following day. I waited a few minutes and Christopher bought the car out and explained the hold thing to me. When I asked Maritza how much I owe she said, “nothing”. I was shocked. I don’t think it would be too much but didn’t expect nothing. I am so grateful for their help. It’s so refreshing finding good people like Maritza and Chris. May God bless your business greatly!! I couldn't be more pleased with the shop and the experience. Beyond the extremely detailed and professional work done on my car (see the before and after photos), the shop staff is so pleasant, kind, and accommodating. They worked with the insurance company directly and took care of everything. In addition, I asked them to work on other body issues with my car (regardless of my insurance claim) and they also did a fantastic job with a fair price tag. They are the best. Brought in my 2017 Chevy Cruze for body work on the lid and paint on both driver side doors. Left my car on a Monday and got a call Thursday afternoon that they were done. Not only were they done faster than expected but the total cost came in at well under $500 from the estimate. My car looks like it came off the showroom floor.
