There was a very bad dent on the passenger door of my Friend’s car. He took his car to various auto body shops and was told some crazy quotes, the length of time it would take and astronomical prices. So he brought his car to the A & C Auto Body Shop. Alan was very kind and professional and he gave a reasonable quote and price. And WOW— within 3 days the work was done!! When my friend picked up his car, he was so surprised and impressed with the work that was done!!! The door looked like brand new!! Also, the men who worked with Alan were courteous, helpful and professional too!! I highly recommend the A & C Auto Body Shop for their reasonable price, their timeliness and such phenomenal work!! Kudos to them!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP!!! If I could I would give this auto body shop zero stars!!!! I recently had the misfortune of bringing my car to this body shop for repairs, and I have to say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. At first, they seemed like they knew what they were doing, and they promised to fix my car for a certain price. But as the repairs went on, they kept adding more and more to the bill, without any explanation or justification. It was as if they were making things up as they went along, and I was left feeling like I was being taken for a ride. To add to this I was told that the car would be done in a month, it took me 8 months to get my car back from them, UNFINISHED! To make matters worse, they actually ended up causing more damage to my car than it had before I brought it in. This damage was so severe that it could only be fixed by Infiniti themselves, which is obviously a huge inconvenience and expense. When I brought this to the attention

I would like to respond to the statement made by the body shop regarding the recent review. While it is true that the car was purchased from an auction, it is the responsibility of the body shop to provide an accurate estimate and deliver quality service, regardless of where the car was purchased from, especially after they take the job. My father was provided with an estimate after a week of the shop's inspection. However, four months later, he was informed that the cost had gone up dramatically, and the shop kept adding extra costs without any clear explanation. The repairs took eight months to complete, and it never was fully completed.. Furthermore, my father was left with a damaged car that needed to be fixed by Infiniti, and the body shop refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. The body shop insisted that he pays the full amount even though they did not complete the repairs, which is absurd. I had a similar experience with this body shop in 2020, and I left a review de
