I drove from Jackson to go here to have a headlight replaced. Jerry came out to the parking lot, removed the burnt-out bulb and replaced it in less than 15 minutes! Cost only $30.00!
I live in Florida! However my son who still lives in NJ had his car towed to Ideal for repairs! The were very thorough ,quick and fair priced in the repair of his vehicle! Thank you for easing my mind 1200 miles away!
I have been going to Jerry for the last 23 years since I started driving. After I got married my wife and my mother in law started going to him too. He has always been honest and upfront with us. It was such a good piece of mind leaving all of the vehicles I’ve had over the years in good hands. The only complaint that I have is that he won’t relocate to Texas where we just moved to continue his services on our cars. Thank you for your work and honesty Jerry!
