Ideal Garage

I've been going to Ideal for years and I've got a Smart which is not the easiest car to work with. They've always been very honest and up front with me. If I have an issue they can't fix they've never charged me for a diagnostic. If I have one issue it's that their books are constantly full for trying to get in and it can take a while to get in. Otherwise they've always been honest with me and have taken really good care of me over the years.

I have been going to Jerry for the last 23 years since I started driving. After I got married my wife and my mother in law started going to him too. He has always been honest and upfront with us. It was such a good piece of mind leaving all of the vehicles I’ve had over the years in good hands. The only complaint that I have is that he won’t relocate to Texas where we just moved to continue his services on our cars. Thank you for your work and honesty Jerry!

I had an awesome mechanic before I moved from Chicago and was dreading finding another local one. Found Ideal Garage years ago, been coming to them for all my car needs ever since. Great service and affordable prices. Saved me hundreds getting quality work done here on my VW instead of going to the dealership! Highly recommended.
