Walked in and was serviced quickly. Got an oil change but they said they did a “35 point inspection” on my receipt but they clearly didn’t. I was already aware that I needed new tires and that was not mentioned, I needed new brakes and rotors and that also was not mentioned. A few days after my visit my battery light came on so I returned to ask if I needed a new battery and they told me yes. Being that I just seen them a week ago I was annoyed. If they had inspected my car when I got the oil change they would have noticed this. Instead the guy at the desk said batteries can go out in a few days which is NOT true. If they had checked the first time I could have made only one trip. So I asked for a Mercedes battery in which they got from Mercedes and I also asked how much do they charge per hour for labor. The guy told me $130, so I asked what if it takes less time and he stated they would go according to how much time they spend and if it ends up being less time it will basically be pr
