Upon picking up my vehicle (2016 Acura MDX) after being told it was ready. (1) I noticed that 3 of the 4 moldings were missing. The guy took the vehicle back in the shop and put them back on after obviously forgetting. (2) Brought vehicle back out and noticed new door but same damaged handle.. Took it back in a second time to swap on new handle that was ordered but evidently not put on. (3) Now it is time to leave but yet another problem. Battery is dead! They then had to jump start it. The next day it wouldn’t start in my driveway. They don’t look over their work upon returning it to customer. They never disconnected the battery when replacing two doors as a result it totally drained the battery or/and shorted it out. Spoke with owner “Sam” who wanted me to believe that my battery was on its last leg when my car arrived at his facility. I’ve never had any issues with my battery. Good: car looks good. Repair seems solid. It was timely even with a delayed part. Their use of technology in communication is great Front desk dude...A1! I Not so good: I don't feel like they take pride in their finished work. The clean up was sloppy. They don't clean and detail the car when done. all of my soft moldings around the accident area are dirty and scratched up. They used the car to store the parts which I'm sure contributed to this. I can't give a 5 star because the not so good. I would recommend them and bring my car back. Seems like they're a pretty popular shop which means a very busy. Service: Body & Trim

I had a sweet bitter experience with the shop. I went to the shop via Progressive insurance. It was assured by Progressive that repairs will be faster and as the shop is approved by the Car Company the quality will be top-notch. However, to my surprise the repairs included use of after market fiber products that was not an exact fit. When highlighted I was asked to come next day only to spend 5 hrs in the shop while the team tried to fit in the bumper. After long 5 hours they admitted that the product is after market and they did order the OEM as the insurance company asked them to do so. I had to drop the car at the shop for 2 more weeks for the Shop and Progressive to redo the repairs with OEM parts. On further enquiry I was told that it is Progressive who asks the shop to first use after market parts and only switch to OEM if customer complaints. I am not sure why such practice is put into place but 2 days job of replacing a bumper was stretched to more than 2 weeks and 4X uber cos
