Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I just want to say the people here are A1. My Wife and I were headed home on the NJ Turnpike. Blew a tire and the spare didn't fit.????????After a 150$ tow the place we were at didn't have the right size. Called a 24/7 mobile service and they couldn't have anybody out until at least 9pm. It was 4pm. We found a local Pep Boys and tried to drive on the flat on Rte 18. We were making our way when we came up on this location. We pulled up at 4:45pm and saw that they closed at 5. We quickly ran in and asked if they could help. We still had over 2hrs of drive time left. I'm sorry but I didn't get any names but the guy at the counter was super cool. He got the tire size, luckily it was in stock, and the tech Quickly went to work. My wife went next door to order some Chilli's. We were done and out before the food was ready. If ever on Rte 18 that way look them up they will take care of you. I rarely do reviews but they deserve it. Awesome job guys ????????????

Matt is the greatest professional highest customer service that I ever get from any car service. Over and beyond the best I ever got from the car repair shop. Wish all the best for him I hope that you you can make him train all the company technicians and custome care professional on how the to provide the customer . With the best service which I got. Staff was amazing and knowledgeable. They even pointed out things that another tire shop did not pick up on when I had my car serviced 2 months ago. Will definitely come back!
