I took my Infiniti here to get an oil change in July last year. I paid $75 for a full synthetic change. Today, I took my Infiniti to the dealership for maintenance, and they pointed out that the original OEM filter is still installed on the car. As evidenced by this photo below. All original filters are labeled blue. This place swindled me and I’m very disappointed. Buyer beware. ***Update because the owner of this business responded*** Oil change stickers are put in windows to remind the driver when they should come for their next oil change. Thus, in July, when I came in for the oil change, the sticker that was put in my window as a reminder was dated for October, 3 months out, or 3k miles later which is why the 10k number is there as my car had 7k miles at the time. However, as I stated the oil change never occurred and neither did the replacement of the oil filter. I stand by my review that this business is dishonest.

Truly amazing experience went there last minute he took great Care of me like I had an appointment took their time very professional and very neat. Truly blessed to have met them. May the Lord continue to bless them always.
