I'm guessing this place is under new management because it's absolutely not the same anymore. Customer service is incredibly poor. I came in to help my mom get her car serviced, and Joseph at the front desk was rude. New manager isn't helpful either and probably doesn't know what he's doing. My mom would come here for years and the old manager was always kind and helpful. Won't be returning back to this location.

Had an appointment but wasn’t seen at appointment time because of prior experience I only come for alignment because I paid for lifetime service I have seen a constant turnover at this location not sure if it’s the company policy or for other reasons Service: Wheel alignment

Good morning, my lovely people. What I love about this place and its workers is that they're mad friendly. Not like the other guys in Pearland, TX, where I took my car to be serviced, and they left it the same way I took it in. The guys in Pearland don't seem to be that happy as I watched their faces. Anyways, the guys here were very helpful by finding out exactly what's wrong with my vehicle, and I want to thank the entire staff, especially John, for being so honest.
