Left my car there for 3 hours just for them to tell me it hasn't even been started …. They needed 3 more hours The representative James shurgged his shoulders like he didn’t care i had work once i mentioned i had work and had to leave he suggested “i just take my car if it was that serious “ worse customer service ever . One of the best auto centers in my area . Nice staff , fair prices and they NEVER hassle you or try to scam you . I trust them More than Toyota . I’ve had Toyota tell me I needed a service , took it to Firestone and found out I did not need it . They are always honest with me and give me a fair price .
They quoted me 1355 for my rear brake pads and rotors. Went to a different mechanic and I only needed to change one and I paid $150. They up charge on all the parts they recommended
