This is the store that I typically trust to get things right. Tonight, I drove to the store three times because the part was wrong and each time both the manager and the joker who was sitting on the counter laughed at me on my way out. Thanks for nothing. Finding help is tough, but those guys aren’t it…
I had a tire that was giving me a lot of problems keeping air in it. I finally called and set up an appt with VIP and they got me in the next day which was Sunday. They fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I will do all my business from now on with VIP.
Very helpful. I received the wrong part at first but was my fault! That's what happens when you guess what country the car was manufactured in. Customer service get a 10/10.
