My experience with Doug’s the past 4yrs has been great. The aren’t aggressively upselling you for every little thing, just what they feel is necessary for safety and reliability of my vehicle. I can not say enough out this company. My car broke down last night on the highway, Rt 16, and they responded to tow my car very quickly, as I told them how afraid I was being broken down on the highway and cars bombing by me and not pulling over to the other lane. When the owner Doug arrived to tow my car,,he was the kindest, nicest person ever. If it is one out of five stars, I give this company 10 Stars.
