I appreciate the staff they've been helpful and patient with me. They also told me right away when I went to get an inspection what they saw automatically that wouldn't pass and that saved me time and money to fix before getting it done. They did do an oil change on my last vehicle and forgot to put the proper amount of quarts of oil so that's why I'm not doing a five star. Other than that I appreciate them

I called to schedule a tire balance and slow leak repair along with rotation. When I pulled into the yard it was discovered that an oil coolant line had broken and they took it in to repair it and this was on Monday. Tuesday they told me they had the part in hand. This was after they told me that the part was dealer item and ordered it it Quirks. Well I head nothing from them until I called Thursday asking when they would finish the repairs. I was told they were taking their time not to break anything. little did I know they had already broke the bolts taking the skid pan off. When I did get it back they told me nothing about the skid pan nor did they reinstall it or even mention it to me leaving it for me to dicover. When they finally call and said it was ready for pickup I went to get it and the bill was ready with the tire rotation balance and leak repair was also on there. When I got home I saw something hanging and checked it out to discover the skid pan missing andthe tires had
