After my vehicle was damaged in a hit and run, I reached out to multiple body shops in the Manchester area. Queen City Auto Body was the only shop that could get my vehicle in for repairs right away (other businesses were quoting wait times of a month or longer before beginning work). I had my car towed to Queen City and had a conversation with Gary and Crystal. I immediately felt at ease while speaking with them. They are such warm, kind people! Supply chain issues made the process a little lengthier than usual, but Gary and Crystal communicated with me every step of the way. I never once questioned the status of my car's repairs, because they were quick to be in touch. When I picked up my car, I could hardly believe how beautiful it looked. It looks like a brand new car!
