Extremely aggravated... I had an appointment to get new rear breaks and a state inspection. I got there at 7:45 this morning because the website says they open at 7:30 and no one was there so I dropped my keys off in their clearly marked "early drop off" box. I just called at 1:30 to check on the status of my car to find out they hadn't even started working on it because they "didn't know it was there". How do you not realize there is a car parked in your drive way for 6 hours and not check the box for drop offs?
I had to have the same problem fixed I had 16 months before at a different Meineke. This locations booked an appointment , resolved the issue, and charged a very fair price - all on the same day. I will be a repeat customer here for any preemptive car care and issues that come up. Great service! Service: Exhaust
