I am a nh state inspector. I was trying to inspect a family members car and noticed she had an exhaust leak in her flex pipe. I took the car to Lous. They took me out and showed me the exhaust, not knowing I had just inspected the car. They told me I was only leaking at the flex pipe but the flanges were getting bad. I told them not to worry about the flanges and just take care of the flex pipe. The work was fast, but when it was done they came out and told me I was also leaking from a flange(it was not when I inspected it.) I asked him how bad it was and he started the car, sure enough it had a massive exhaust leak at the flange after the cat. I told him to go ahead and take care of it. Instead of welding a flange in, he just straight pipe welded it. And charged me an extra $100. I have sent a lot of business to lous, being a technician who works in a shop not far from them, but I an extremely disappointed in the dishonesty I witnessed when I went in as a customer. These guys are amazing. My exhaust broke off right between the muffler and at the connection joint of the catalytic converter due to wear and tear/rust. Figured it should be a quick weld job so I called up and they said to bring it down and they could take a quick look if they had a lift free. Showed up and a lift was free and they confirmed it was an easy welding fix. I was in and out in 15min flat with an honest price. 100% earned business for life. Highly recommend this place.

I went to this place after hearing good things online my muffler was really loud and I thought oh no it’s going to cost me $1000. I went there and within 40 minutes I had a diagnosed and repaired for $80. Thank you for such great service and I know that if I went to a regular shop they would’ve recommended the whole exhaust.
