Front desk worker was not friendly. He made suggestions to my car and didn’t offer me any other options. When I questioned if I needed my wheels balanced he said “your confusing me do you want new tires or balance” I went first thing in the morning and the staff was already combative. I can’t imagine the worker behavior as the day goes on. He mentioned I had a bent rim and gave me no options to fix it other than replacing it for 200$. He said it would be fine probably because I bought a set of tires from him already and he just wanted me out of the store so he could sell more tires to the next customers. I recommend going to another place that will treat their customers with more respect.

I booked an appointment to get four new tires on my car today. When I booked the appointment yesterday the website showed the tires I wanted as in stock and available today. When I got to the shop, I was told the tires were actually at a local warehouse but could be in tomorrow. I asked if there were other tires I could get on today since I have a tire leak and was told the only other ones in stock would be $500 more than the ones I originally ordered. After agreeing to wait for the original tires to come in and making arrangements to leave my car and having my wife come to pick me up, I was then told (ten minutes after being told the new tires were available tomorrow) that the tires had just been sold and they now couldn't get the right ones in until next Saturday. There was no attempt to offer any discount or service for the inconvenience, just an "it is what it is" attitude. Wasted an hour of my morning and I will be taking my business elsewhere. A+ Experience Andy the Store manager went above and beyond comping parts and labor because a previous Firestone missed a repair for my tire sensors I have new tire sensors on my car plus they inflated all 4 tires and the tire (!) code is off and I am back on the road couldn’t be happier I highly recommend this Firestone branch for all your service needs!
