FCT Auto Performance & tires

Awesome experience - had tires mounted and balanced. The owner, Ricardo, fit me in on a busy Saturday after I had planned to go to Town Fair but couldn’t get an appt for 3 days. Even the service tech, Sean, was professional and knowledgeable when discussing tread depth and tire wear. It’s obvious that the owner cares about the customer experience. Beautiful showroom display, comfortable leather seating, complimentary Keurig coffee, AND amazingly clean bathrooms! Yep - when have you seen clean bathrooms at a tire & wheel shop? This is one of 2 locations - the other is in Nashua. Would highly recommend these guys for personal service, rather than being treated like a number at the high volume stores. Even recommended them to my son for wheels on his G37. Would highly recommend!

I had new tires put in my vehicle and the second I drove off with them installed my car vibrated horribly. I took it back and the front left tire was not balanced and they supposedly fixed it… the rear right tire then was vibrating horrible. I brought it back wand was told nothing is wrong with it. I took it for a second opinion and had a road enforcement test completed on the tires to find that both right tires had significant tread wear out. I brought car back to first choice and they swapped out the tires. Again after leaving my car was still shaking!!!!!! I called first choice to let them know to wasn’t resolved and the girl told me it must be my car…. Not the tires. I brought my car again back to dealership to get it checked to learn that 3 tires were not properly balanced. I have been to first choice 6 times and my dealership 2 times with this tire issue and had asked first choice if they could reimburse me for some gas, and the cost of having to get my tires looked at twice an

Very clean and welcoming facility, excellent service. They have rim packages, air ride, and used tires as well. Been doing business with them for many years.
