These guys are awesome. My check engine light came on and I had a couple codes popping up. What I was reading online said it needed to be taken somewhere and get fixed within 1 day. I took the day off from work to get it handled because all I needed was diagnostic testing so I could find out what was wrong. I figured it wouldn't be a hard to find anyone. I initially went to firestone because I figured they had every tool needed to figure out what was going on, and they are across the street from my house. They couldn't get me in for a few days and wanted a small fortune. I sat in that parking lot for at least an hour and a half calling everyone all over town. Every place I called wanted a fortune and nobody could get me in until the end of the week or the following week. I lucked out, called these guys and not only did they quote me the best price they said they would do everything they could to try and squeeze me in. They said just bring it in and they will call me when it was done. I

Great experience! Best service center in town. My wife went in for an oil change and she had nothing but great things to say. Clean facility, very nice waiting area, no pushy up sales- 0! and they left a nice note and treat in our vehicle when it was done. I've been coming to West Omaha Auto Service for about 6 years and don't plan on going anywhere else as long as I'm in Omaha. They have always taken great care of me and our vehicles. They are super friendly, always answer all my questions and concerns with consideration and respect. I've never felt taken advantage of or misguided. They are a team I trust and their work shows. I use my car A LOT for work and they have kept it running all these years. They offer great savings through their mail promotions, which help when on a budget.
