UPDATE 8/2022. I have been back for oil changes and engine, transmission, brake and exhaust issues, and I remain impressed and grateful for the high-quality service and easy communication. I brought my car in for service after hearing strange dragging noises, which turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. The techs at Newell's auto repair were able to quickly diagnose that issue, and while I had it in for the repair, I went ahead and had them perform flush and refill service on the transmission and radiator, clean the valves and injectors and replace all the filters. Communication about pricing was excellent and my car seems to have renewed power plus no more dragging noise with the new bearing installed. A++ on all fronts. I won't be going anywhere else for service unless it's a warranty or recall issue. Newell’s Auto Repair goes above and beyond. These guys are really great at what they do. My engine blew and Nick dug in and found an extended warranty on my vehicle and helped me get the process started. In the end, I paid nothing for the brand new engine. Second I brought my car in for oil change and “something clunky”. Upon inspecting my vehicle they found other more important issues I was dealing with. Explained why it was important to get it done. Daryl and Nick have been great every time I go to them. They’re very honest and very reasonably priced, and do great work. This is the shop that I will be using from now on. I would highly recommend them .
