Every aspect of my experience was amazing. Robbie was up front, Randall was my technician and the manager, Vince all went above and beyond. Not only did they provide an accurate and thorough assessment, they found ways to provide customer service like I’ve never been treated before. Honesty, integrity and care - Mad Hatter is the only auto repair shop you need.
I had a botched brake job a few years ago and was very traumatized regarding work being done on my car. Mad Hatter fixed my brakes on my new car correctly and reassured my husband it would be all taken care of and not to worry. Thank you guys for the work! Will be going back for my suspension. These guys are great! I had some issues from a previous mechanic that needed fixed again and they were able to pin point the problems and get my car back to normal right away. Cute waiting room area. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They even got me a Lyft ride. I will return for future maintenance and repairs.
