I called in the morning for a tire issue and the staff was very helpful in getting my issue addressed! This was the first time I visited this shop and I felt very confident that they would be efficient and honest based on my service experience. I brought my car here to have my front tire fixed, it was losing air. They patched it and supposedly it was fine. A few months later my tires were still losing air, they told me I needed all 4 replaced. I did this because they were old, but they should have told me this in the first place. After replacing all 4 tires the front 2 were still losing air, I brought it to another mechanic who told me the beads were not cleaned when they replaced the tires and they should have done this. Brought my car back a 3rd time which was very inconvenient and was given the run around but they finally cleaned the beads (I think). Poor customer service and the mechanics are sloppy.
