Jensen Tire was extremely helpful when my teenage son had a flat tire and we had to get his car towed to the location. Service team did a great job explaining the details and got us up and going quickly. Highly recommend!!! Very affordable and great customer service!

My power steering went out, i drove my vehicle here to get an estimate, I was quoted $1500 to replace the power steering pump, belt and pulley. I google the repair cost of the power steering pump and it was $500-600, so I felt I was being over charged, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $160 for steering labor and $5.12 for an environmental fee. They only “reassemble” my vehicle to allow me to drive away. I argued this cost, since they did nothing to my car but the estimate and I wasn’t told the estimate would cost. I called another shop and they quoted me $1100, the second 1005. I took my vehicle there, they repaired my power steering, replaced the needed 2 belts (my pulley was not broken) I just picked up my vehicle and paid $378, almost 75% cheaper.

I was stressed about my front tires but they made scheduling and handling super easy. Thank you for the kindness and affordability! What was a stressful situation became a seamless fix. Had me back on the road within an hour and went above and beyond to make sure my tires were A-Ok.
