Had another tire puncture, second in one week. This one couldn't be repaired. The guys stayed late on a Friday to install 4 new tires. Friendly and professional. Took time to answer my questions.
They took care of me right away, despite not having an appointment. I really appreciated the customer service and communication, plus the willingness to walk across the street to inspect my tire before I even arrived at Jensen. Thank you guys!
I’ve been coming to this location since I first started driving and hardly knew anything about cars or where to repair it at. Yet every time I bring my car here they are also super kind and patient. They have no issue breaking things down to help me understand what and why something needs repairing. Love this location after 5 years of coming here.
