Scheduled an appointment a week prior. Communicated that work was done by another person. Went through with scheduled appointment. Was later told work could not be corrected if it was not their work. This should be addressed when someone first says the car was worked on by someone else. I wouldn’t have gone here had I known they wouldn’t fix it because someone else worked on it.

Had my timing belt and water pump replaced on my Honda odyssey bc the mileage was over 100k and they did a great job getting me in and getting it done in the day/timeframe they said they would.

We have used Havers for years for our family cars and we can’t recommend them enough! They are honest in answering questions, timely and do quality work!
