These gentlemen are simply amazing! I'm disabled and have communication barriers had a huge antifreeze leak while out in extremely hot weather yesterday. I told them I didn't think I would have enough to get my vehicle fixed. They not only were caring and patient with my lack of speech they also were fast and efficient at such short notice. I was also shocked when my total cost was a fraction of what i thought it would be. I dont know if that is because they knew of my limited income or just standard but i know other mechanics would jump at the oppurtinity to take advantage of my sistuation. I just wanted to go home safely. Even with communication and language barriers between us they showed me that the best communication is simply caring. I had no other means of getting home so i waited outside of the shop. It was not long before the owner showed up himself to fix my car for me.
