B Street Collision Center - Northwest Omaha (Formerly Dave's Auto Body CO.)

This is the best auto body shop to work with in town, hands down. I had my truck in for hail damage and some other minor cosmetic fixes, and the team at Dave's was second to none. The finished product was perfect, but the level of service they provided every step of the way is unmatched. Their consistent communcation through the whole process, was only out down by their commitment to going above and beyond in all the little details. There were several minor things that were never brought up in any of the consults, but they noticed and fixed these things with no questions asked and no additional charges. Simply put, they do things the right way with their customers best interest in mind. Highly recommend them, and I will be taking any and all of my future work to Dave's Auto Body. If I could give them a zero I would, here is all what happened. I took car in Dec 13 to get estimate of damage, they said they would call me when all parts are in. They called and said to bring in on Jan 30, I had a trip on Feb 8 so I delayed bring in my car until Feb 6, jp said it should take 5 days, if anything else is found wrong he would give me a call. I just landed from airport back in omaha on Feb 13th and didn't receive call from them so I was going to pick up my car. I called and I get , oh we had to order another part, so I had to hurry and book a rental I wasn't expecting to pay for. it estimated delivery Feb 14th, didn't arrive then I was told Feb 16, didn't show due to snow, Feb 17th didn't arrive. Know it's Monday Feb 20th parts arrived but missing a bracket, so reorder another part. So now I have to get another rental for 6 days or longer the way this body shop operates. I contacted Brian S. through the website and was able to address a simple fender flare repair on my 2019 Ford F-150 truck. Brian gave me an estimate via email but prefaced it by saying he would still need to see it physically because sometimes pics can be deceiving. I stopped by for that look and set up the appointment for the following week. I dropped off the truck and as promised it was done by the end of the day. He replaced the front fender flare and painted it (perfect match/ruby red metallic). I picked it up last night and it had been washed, vacuumed and they left a package of EXTRA gum and a thank you card in the cup holder. While I was picking up the keys, the paper work was ready and one of the employees asked me if I wanted a free T-shirt. Although I declined, he said if I ever change my mind to come on by for that shirt. Very professional, smooth and customer focused treatment. Brian was detailed and efficient.
