Boss Truck Shop

Time to put this all out there since you cannot email this place or leave a review on their fb page. I hope that any future customers to Boss Truck Shop , find this and take note. On Friday September 21st, 2023, my 2020 bumper pull enclosed 2 car hauler lost all its studs on the rear left tire. This of course landed the axle on the ubolts at 75mph. I was able to safely get the trailer onto the shoulder. I started calling mobile techs to come repair the trailer, as I am dealing with my back injury and don't know grand island well. None that I called were available to help, but the last one I called recommended Boss Truck stop. I called them, and was told a tech would get to me in no more than 45min. 1.5 hours later he showed up. He proceeded to jack the trailer and axle to attempt to chain it up. Nearly 1 hours passed before he was happy with the job, and we proceeded to his shop. There is a lot of rough road construction near the shop, and the axle still impacted the ground at least t

All the stars is for the restaurant and shop.. upstairs the showers and the team is one big disaster...order a shower and have to wait and eat a full rack of ribs and 5 beer.. and still no shower and being upstairs seeing all those shower doors open.

a very good place, I like it very much, it is always clean, you can buy absolutely everything .. a very large parking lot which is very pleasing .. I come back with pleasure
