Bg&s helped me get back on the road when my transmission went out, they towed my car in when I was stuck on the side of the road and got me back on the road the very next week. Very knowledgeable and patient customer service as well, will definitely be returning with any of my vehicle repairs. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Transmission replacement
Worst customer service, and charged me for not doing anything. Was told they would need to keep my car for a couple days. After a week of not hearing anything I called was told they just hadn't gotten to it and was condescended to and rushed off the phone. After two weeks I called and was told they were actually done with my car and it was all fixed without ever calling me with a diagnostic or even telling me it was ready. Went to pick it up and the battery was dead, got a block away and the exact same issues I took it in for were still there, and now my car can't keep a charge. Came out with more problems than I took it in with. Service: Auto maintenance
We took our vehicle to BG&S to have the transmission rebuilt and it was never fixed properly. As soon as we picked it up, we noticed it was still showing codes for transmission issues so we called them and they said that the issue was something that should have been fixed the first time they had it so we took it back to them and were called to pick it up after a few days and they claimed it was fixed, it wasn't, it was still showing THE SAME CODE! So, since they "fixed" it the first time, we sent it back for them to fix it like they said they would and now we are being told there is nothing they can do about it because "it's not a transmission issue" Last I knew, a transmission fluid pressure sensor not working, IS a transmission problem. When we asked to speak with the mechanic, we were told no, we HAD to talk to their receptionist only. Considering we paid them $2500 to fix it and after 3 times it still isn't fixed right and aren't even able to talk to the people that should be doing
