They told me to bring the car battery that I purchased back if it had problems and could upgrade for 100 dollars. Then I come back and they say you can’t do that and it’s non refundable! Never coming here again!!!
Good service and if the don't know they find out
Manager is a joke. Tells you you're wrong and must have called auto zone. Customer is required to remember employees names. So such employee can be told they made a mistake, instead of addressing issues with said customer, and then do nothing to resolve issue with customer. Do not recommend as long as it's "Mindy's Store".
