Made an appointment to have transmission issues looked at, was told I would get a phone call with initial diagnostics and go from there... waited a week and no call, called them and was told they looked at it the day before and the day before that, figured out it had some faulty internal switch and they ordered a new one (I didn’t authorize any repairs). I simply said okay because I wanted my vehicle fixed and it didn’t sound too expensive. Waited another week, no phone call so I called again. They told me they’ve been short handed and haven’t had time to take it on it’s 3rd test drive, also they went to start it on this day and it wouldn’t start due to low batteries, so he asked me if I’ve been having starting issues, witch I’ve never had any issues! So they were going to get it in the shop and charge up the batteries and take it on it’s 3rd and final test drive and get back to me by the end of the day. Not only did the not call me that day (a Thursday) I waited until Tuesday the next

I like the work Bob does, he has done transmission work for me many years. I have never been let down, and he always explains things very well.
