Great people here. They helped me out a lot when I was having problems with my vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and got it done in a timely fashion for the extent of work that was needed. Very happy with the communication letting me know what was going on and the updates that were given. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle worked on they are a great group of people. It’s been a year and a half since Ive had work done there, they replaced my front end, ball joints, etc..to the tune of $1800.00, I am having to get it ALL replaced due to the cheap no-name parts that were used..add on top of that, they tried to charge me an extra $50 because NAPA brought them the wrong parts twice...I refused to pay that. I will NEVER use this shop again if I’m in the area and need work done and will never recommend this shop to anyone. Service: Steering & suspension repair
Outstanding customer service. My son's tire went flat at the Amtrack station and they went above and beyond to help line me up with someone to help get the tire pulled and then they had to deal with trying to find a wheel when it ended up being cracked. They were very helpful and fairly priced. The other shops just told they don't deal with remote repairs and left it at that. All done over the phone without ever meeting...I'm sooo thankful for them.
