Had my 2017 Sentra go in 2 months ago for an O2 sensor it needed. As our scan tool indicated. Day of my appointment they never called me to update me on my car, so I did. They claimed to not have my car on the schedule. Got a call back 10 minutes later saying they spelled my name wrong in the system and they’d get to my car the next day. Again I had to call them the next day and was told it was the sensor at the headers. And also offer to do the o2 sensor as the say I struggled to get it off, which is why it went there cause I couldn’t get it off. I said “whatever gets my check engine light off is what I need.” So they didn’t do the o2 sensor. Light came on the day after i got it. We waited 2 wells so the car could cycle a few times. Never went away. Now it’s at Nissan and behold it needs the same o2 sensor. Thanks Harley for the the $500+ part and labor my car didn’t even need at the time. If, you want honest answers about wants wrong/not wrong about your vehicle, fair prices, and a staff that is congenial, friendly, and professional??? Harley’s is the place. My husband and I have had our car serviced at Harley’s, for almost (4) four years. We would “NEVER” consider taking our vehicle to any place else. Unless, Harley’s recommend us too.

After using them many times, I’ll be looking for a new shop. Manager is hit or miss on when they are nice or rude. Not very professional.
