Scheduled 100k mile standard maintenance over a week in advance and they call me 2 hours after I dropped it off to tell me they forgot to look to see if they had the part....
Great service. I drove from Rolla to Minot today. Upon my arrival I heard a tapping sound, metal screw in my left rear tire. Ryan drive through service fixed my tire immediate and I was on my destination. Thanks a million, Ryan chevrolet
Reposting, since original was hidden. Came in for an oil change. During my wait, one of the technicians comes into the waiting area holding an air filter. "[make & model]?" Not my car. "Ma'am what's your car?" I answer. "Yup yup, this is your air filter, want a new one?" No thanks. You asked for a different car owner then proceeded to show me an air filter that is NOT EVEN THE CORRECT ONE for my car. This was my first time being at Ryan Chevrolet and will also be my last. Thanks for showing me how you scam people so I don't waste money in the future and can warn other individuals.
