Went in to get a headlight bulb and I asked them what type I needed and the first question out of their mouth was is it 2wd or 4wd. Not if it’s right or left, not if it’s high beam or low beam but if it’s FREAKING 4wd?!?!? I immediately left and went to O’Rileys where the staff helped me immediately and didn’t ask stupid questions, they even replaced it for me!! Highly recommend anyone to go to O’Rileys!!!
Jason and Katie are the best! They were VERY helpful and took great care of me. I will definitely come back whenever I need help.
Went to Auto Zone 9/28 to get a set of spark plugs for my 99 ply voyager. The guy (distracted by a female customer) couldnt find my spark plugs! Spark plugs!!! He said the computer had been giving them troubles... so, because the computer wasn't working, I went to an auto part store to buy spark plugs, they had in the store.... and left empty handed.... he never even got the Parts book to look them up.... He was on a more important job.... remember that female customer.... wont shop there again.... Ridiculous!
