I stopped in during a deadly windchill and it was also snowing because I couldn't get my window to go up. The guy at the front desk looked at me like I was sub human and was extremely rude and wouldn't help me. A older man went and looked with me but just told me that I was screwed and I'd have to rip my electrical board open. I drove home with it open and thankfully a kind neighbor was able to hold it with his palms while I pushed the button and it thankfully went up. I know I didn't have a appointment but it was -30 degrees and at the very least they could of given me some helpful advice. I would NEVER go here again.

We are so thankful for United Auto! Their service is professional, their employees are knowledgeable, and, most importantly, they are trustworthy. We have used United Auto for many years and only have had good experiences. We tried a different "reputable" shop closer to our house and were extremely disappointed. UA isn't the least expensive shop around but it's very comparable to others and definitely worth the peace of mind knowing that we trust their recommendations and they truly care for their customers. I highly recommend them!

Best service I've had in a long time. They are very careful to not sugar coat the issue but are always honest. Sometime I've come to pick up my vehicle and the cost is much lower than quoted. They then tell me that what they thought was not what they found and the fix was cheaper. Honesty is like gold.
