I used to be so loyal to this place until a few different things occurred mainly regarding their attitude and lack of care in general for their customers and vehicle. I learned that my ball joints were bad when trying to get an alignment elsewhere. I was within the 5 year parts warranty, however, according to the mechanic looking at my truck prior, he said, "whoever did it, didn't do it right the first time. This shouldn't have happened in such short time." I was also told it was because they possibly used bad parts or parts not suited for my vehicle(which made sense based upon the repeated words used by Brandon). I had to take my vehicle back to them to use the warranty. They expected over $300 for "labor". When I asked Brandon about their "done right the first time guarantee" I'm told it doesn't apply here. No accountability. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle knowing they worked on it last. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I absolutely love this place super nice people the service is amazing. The manager guy is awesome I'll never buy tires anywhere else.
