Did not receive repair that was estimated and agreed upon and over charged for the job that was not done. Women at the desk is rude does not have ordinary people skills she is not for this job. We did catch over charge and they refunded the money about 400$ maybe that's why that women at a desk was rude and unprofessional , bad experience not coming again to this place to be overcharged ,they doesn't even say sorry for Service: Auto body & trim repair
Always friendly and helpful. Best place to go for an estimate! Literally pull up to the drive thru bay, pull in and they come right out and give you an official written estimate. They'll answer any questions. If they can't answer it they'll find the answer. They don't pressure you. Very professional. I've used them for decades.
