I called and set an appointment. Took my truck in for a coolant leak and a few other things. They got my truck in on time and sent me a text link with their findings both for repairs and maintenance. They rate everything on severity out of 10. You can approve or deny all services from there. Pretty cool system. I called with a few more questions first and was able to walk through each line item with them. Work was finished on time and communication was great. Service: General repairs & maintenance

as a young woman, car issues are always very anxiety inducing for me because i don’t want to be taken advantage of but that was absolutely not the case here. they listened to the issue i was having, confirmed what i thought would be the fix and did just that. everyone i encountered was very nice, including the dog that was in the lobby :) my car got finished much sooner than i was expecting and the service was very affordable which was such a relief. i will be returning for all future servicing!
